Today I fancied a milkshake, but with no ice-cream in the freezer I had to improvise.
And from that came this beauty! A lush and creamy banana shake mmmmm!
Here's the recipe if you'd like to try it yourself:
Makes 1 large glass
• 2 bananas
• 100ml Elmea double cream
• 1tsp caramel essence or caramel coffee syrup (you can use vanilla if you don't have caramel.
• 1 muller light yogurt - you can use any flavour you like but I used their new flavour, coconut and vanilla with chocolate bits (divine btw!)
Put all ingredients into a blender an pulse until smooth. Don't pulse for too long as the double cream may be beaten to the point that you won't be able to drink it because it'll be so thick it won't pour out. A couple of pulses should do the trick.
Top with a sprinkling of cinnamon for a yummy afternoon treat.
